The Opportunity
At Worldline, our technology addresses persistent challenges of the payment world. We design and operate leading digital payment and transactional solutions that enable sustainable economic growth and reinforce trust and security in our societies.

We have many hardworking and dedicated peers that would love for you to work with them. We are committed to continuous improvement. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve quality, reduce costs, build excellent solutions, and grow customer happiness. We would like to welcome an organized, innovative and process driven colleague to our team.

You will work for Worldline’s Merchant Services Global Business Line. This is a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Payment Acceptance and Payment Terminal solutions.  Merchant Services’ unique combination of payment, digital and transactional expertise allows merchants to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.

We cover the full retail value chain, online and in-store, through a complete approach, delivering a real digital journey for retailers and their customers and facilitating consumer engagement, via seamless services, on any device – with payment at the heart of the shopping experience.

The purpose of this role is to drive focused growth with our vertical solutions. Part product-marketing, part growth hacking, you’ll be a key player in our distributed team. We’ll rely on you to take our complex solutions, distill them to their core benefits, make them lovable and relevant for our audiences, and drive measurable growth through a program of launches and initiatives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Planning
We’ll expect you to be able to build a set of recommendations for growth in our chosen verticals, based on a great understanding of our product and solution suite, and target audiences. You’ll identify which solutions we should focus on, and when, based on business cases and potential impact, as well as how we could bundle or position feature sets to drive more relevance and interest.

Propositions
Working closely with product management and our sales organization, you will develop value propositions and product messaging that sets our solutions apart from others in the market. To do this, you’ll need to collaborate closely with our product management organization, build on your existing knowledge of the payments industry, as well as doing your own competitor research.

Launches
You’ll develop and maintain a roadmap of product go-to-markets, based on the commercial needs of the business and the expected delivery from our product and partner teams. Acting as a key link, you’ll translate the expectations in our business cases, into marketing targets for our teams to work with. You’ll then work with functional marketing and communications specialists to bring these to execution, leading and co-ordinating launches across teams and monitoring results.

Content
Every good value proposition needs to be articulated in a way that’s clear and crisp for internal and external audiences. We’ll rely on you to build and maintain content that educates our sales teams and help our customers buy into our solution sets across our product suite. You’ll also be responsible for the maintenance of the content in our always-on channels (including web and other digital channels). For more complex pieces of production or larger scale campaigns, you’ll bring product knowledge to our teams and 3rd parties, working closely with product management to make sure we’re both convincing and engaging.
