As we continue our transformation into a product-led organization, we’re seeking a Product Director to lead two pivotal areas: Android Terminals and APIs & Integrations. These products are core to shaping the future of our In-Person Payments (IPP) offering, driving the evolution of payment solutions for merchants around the world.

The opportunity

This is a critical and exciting role where you’ll lead the product development and strategy for Android Terminals and APIs & Integrations. You’ll work on cutting-edge products that will transform Worldline’s IPP portfolio, delivering solutions that redefine the payment experience for some of the world’s largest merchants.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product vision and strategy for Android Terminals and APIs & Integrations, aligning it with the broader business goals and the future of the payments industry

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that both Android terminals and API products meet the needs of merchants and developers while staying ahead of industry trends

• Future-Shaping Products: Lead the development of Android terminals as the next-generation in-person payment solution, and drive the growth and expansion of APIs & Integrations, focusing on the future of Terminal API

• Customer-Centric Innovation: Collaborate closely with merchants, partners, and internal teams to understand their challenges and design solutions that address current and future payment needs

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative environment that drives creativity, ownership, and product excellence

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth product delivery and go-to-market execution, bridging the gap between technical development and business needs

• Stakeholder Engagement: Be the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and transparent progress updates

• Driving Transformation: Play a key role in Worldline’s product-led transformation by championing agile methodologies and a data-driven approach to product management

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• Experienced Product Leader: You have 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in payments, fintech, or related technology fields is a must

• Expert in APIs & Terminals: Extensive experience working with APIs and/or terminal solutions, preferably with a focus on in-person payments or Android-based hardware

• Customer-Centric Innovator: You understand how to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions that drive both short-term results and long-term strategy

• Strategic & Hands-On: You’re a big-picture thinker who can set a strategic vision, but you’re also willing to dive into the details to ensure the success of your products

• Collaborative Leader: You’re an excellent communicator who can manage internal and external stakeholders effectively and align cross-functional teams around shared goals

• Data-Driven Decision Maker: You rely on data and insights to inform product decisions and continuously improve the product experience

• Growth-Oriented Mentor: You have experience managing and mentoring teams of product managers, encouraging a culture of learning and high performance

• Agile Enthusiast: You’re a champion of agile methodologies and have experience implementing them in complex, fast-paced environments
