The Opportunity
We are seeking a creative and curious individual who is eager to learn and innovate to join our Global External Communication Team for 1 or 2 years!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You will be working closely with our Head of Social Media on the following missions:
- Analyse current social media trends and identify innovative opportunities for brand engagement and growth.
- Develop and execute strategies for organic growth across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create and distribute engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to launch new customer-centric concepts and campaigns on our social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze the brand's digital reputation.
- Participate actively in the employee advocacy program to enhance brand image and engagement.
- Manage social media communities and implement strategies for increasing engagement and follower growth.
- Track and report on key analytics across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram to evaluate performance and inform future strategies.
- Participate in internal events to provide real-time social media coverage and enhance event visibility online.
- Help on content initiatives (e.g blog posts).
Requirements
- Master’s Degree or in the course of obtaining a Master’s Degree in marketing, communications (business school or university)
- You are passionate about Marketing and Social Media
- You master a video editing software
- Proactive, creative and results driven, you are an excellent communicator and are willing to represent Worldline out in the market
- An experience or knowledge of social media management platforms is a big plus
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
