SRE – Site Reliability Engineer - Apprentice

• apprenticeship in an engineering school (Bac +3 / Bac +4 / Bac+5)

The candidate will be inserted in a DevOPS Squad on the French perimeter working together our SRE in order to ensure the correct running/maintenance of the application platform

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Ensuring the correct running and maintenance activities of the Application Platform
• Monitor the performance, availability, and reliability of our systems and applications
• Participating to the Squad activities and related meetings
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify issues.
• Change management (manage Change Request via Service Now tool)
• Incident Management support (diagnose incidents to assess their impact, define and implement corrective actions.)

Technical Skills

• Programming language: basic knowledge about Java, C++
• OS: basic knowledge/experiences with Linux;
• DB: basic knowledge/experiences with Oracle, Postgres DB, MYSQL
• Basic knowledge/experiences with Korn Shell Scripting, Python
• Basic knowledge and experience with monitoring tools like: Prometheus, Grafana
• Cloud oriented

Language Knowledge requested

• Fluent in French language (written/speaking)
• Fluent in English language (written/speaking)
