Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Proactively hunt for top-tier talents across the GCE region markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards and social networks
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring profiles to reduce time-to-hire across al target countries
  • Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing to offer acceptance while using SAP SuccessFactors
  • In close collaboration with your HRBP and Hiring Manager, you transform business goals into an operational recruitment strategy and provide market insights on salary trends and talent availability specific to their location
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide updates and reportings on recruitment KPIs to support the Operational Workforce Planning
  • Manage the pre-onboarding phase to ensure engagement between offer acceptance and Day 1. Thereby you facilitate a smooth handover to the HR Country / HR Admin
  • As brand ambassador for Magellan Partners group, you ensure a high-quality candidate experience, participate at university hiring events and maintain relationships with alumni networks to drive referrals
  • You will be responsible for adapting and tailoring global campaigns to ensure they fit the specific cultural and business nuances of markets as diverse as the DACH region and Eastern Europe

  • You have 3-5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition in Germany. Additional experience in Switzerland, Austria and/or Eastern Europe is a strong plus
  • You are a "hunter" who enjoys the thrill of finding the perfect candidate with demonstrated mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage high volumes of recruitment without compromising the candidate’s experience
  • You enjoy working in a matrix organisation where you report to HRBP and collaborate closely with the Business Leads
  • With your excellent interpersonal skills you engage candidates and advise managers
  • Adopting and promoting the use of digital HR tools (SuccessFactors) and Generative AI comes easily to you
  • Fluent in English and German, spoken and written. Additional language skills in French, Italian or Romanian are considered as asset
