Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • You work in a remote service management team during the times agreed in the SLA 
  • You perform initial analysis, diagnosis and resolution of fundamental problems related to our eHealth services 
  • You diagnose and fix issues implementing corrective actions within prescribed guidelines 
  • You involve colleagues in downstream support with more in-depth problems and create the corresponding tickets 
  • You build and modify knowledge documents related to performed work 

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

We are looking for people who are able to independently process and solve minor inquiries and problems from our customers. 

People who persistently work on a problem and seek support when things get stuck. 

People willing to share their knowledge and experience with others by documenting their solutions. 

 

  • You are fluent in text and communication skills in the German language, as many of our customers communicate in German
  • You speak and understand English at a high technical level and can communicate within the international Worldline team
  • You are sociable and communicative and enjoy working with customers and colleagues
  • You have basic knowledge of system architectures, the operation of Linux systems and perhaps even experience in software development
