Role
- Define and own the QA strategy and quality goals for the software product FRAMS (Fraud Risk Management Suite)
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and pipelines; oversee test automation strategy
- Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test strategies, and QA processes (manual and automated testing, performance testing, security testing)
- Collaborate with DevOps/CI-CD to integrate testing into continuous delivery and deployment pipelines
- Align with Project Management on milestones for the different test phases
- Supervise a team of testers spread across multiple countries
Day-to-day responsabilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test strategies, and QA processes (manual and automated testing).
- Refine the QA strategy of our product
- Particpate in writing Acceptance criteria on different levels
- Build, mentor, and manage the QA team; assign roles, responsibilities, and performance evaluations.
- Define and monitor quality metrics and dashboards; report progress to stakeholders and managers
- Ensure test environments, data management, and test data provisioning are reliable and compliant
- Contribute to test execution
- Make sure that tests are performed in time and expected quality
- Ensure that tester work efficiently on the given priorities
- Develop and update regularly test environment strategy and align with squads and Release Manager on the upgrade on test environments, make sure that no test environment gets outdated
- Assess non-functional requirements: performance, reliability, scalability, security, and accessibility considerations
Who Are We Looking For
- Final degree (university or technical college) in software testing, software engineering or equivalent education
- 4+ years of hands-on manual testing experience in financial services or fraud/anti-fraud domains, preferably with high-volume transaction processing
- 2+ years of experience in Test Management, preferrably in large complex environments
- Strong ability to create and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
- Deep knowledge test data management concepts in data centric systems
- Experience in non-functional requirement testing (performance, reliability, scalability, security, etc.)
- Certifications related to software testing (ISTQB, CTFL) are a major plus
- Good practical experience in working with JIRA
- Comfortable with agile approaches
- Experience in fraud detection systems or Payment business is a major plus
- English business fluent
