The Opportunity

 

We are seeking a passionate Change Manager to reinforce our International change team, supporting the deployment of change management programs and activities for the teams based in Germany and Austria.

As a key member of the Change Office, you will be the primary point of contact for coordinating change management projects impacting MeTS employees in Germany and Austria (200 pax). 

You will play a crucial role in mobilizing employees around change projects, driving employee engagement, fostering a vibrant community and maximizing the impact of our collaborative mindset.

As the local representative for change management initiatives, taking into account the particular challenges around awareness, you will be a point of contact and a valuable liaison for the internal communications team.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to participate in the evolution of the company and its teams by contributing to Change programs focused on organizational, cultural and business changes. 

 

What You'll Do to sustain the Change Program and initiatives: 

  • Change Leadership: Champion change initiatives by aligning with organizational goals, ensuring seamless adoption of new ways of working across teams (EDI, AI, internationalization, new oprating model …). 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with diverse stakeholders, including IT, teams leaders and end-users, to understand their perception and needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with the overall transformation strategy. 
  • Community Development: Cultivate thriving cross-functional communities, fostering active participation, idea exchange, and collaborative problem-solving within our digital environment. 
  • Training & Enablement: Develop engaging training programs and resources to equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to maximize the use of digital collaboration tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning. 
  • Strategic Planning: Design and execute strategies to enhance cross-functional collaboration, leveraging digital tools and platforms for effective communication and knowledge sharing. 
  • Measurement & Analysis: Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of digital collaboration initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Social Collaboration: You will collaborate with the Digital Change Manager responsible for internal social collaboration, supporting change initiatives through the implementation and management of digital collaboration platforms and tools. You will continuously optimize their use to enable seamless social interaction, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess the effectiveness and ROI of change initiatives. 
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to navigate and manage complexities in a multicultural environment. 
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving positive change. 
  • Mastering of digital collaboration tools, platforms, and best practices (SharePoint, Teams, IA tools mastering is mandatory) 
  • Native language in German + fluency in English is required. 

 

Bonus points that could make all the difference:

  • Experience designing and facilitating engaging training programs. 
  • Ability in Facilitation and/or Coaching (certified) 
  • Pluricultural experience.
  • French language skills would be an additional asset.
