The Opportunity
Do you want to participate in a major customer relationship program? Then join us! We provide customer contact services for large European companies, and we are looking for a passionate Application Manager interested in new technologies and online applications for high-traffic services. Our Contact offering is a comprehensive customer relationship solution (web, chat, video, emails, etc.) used by major European companies. Within a small team, you will be involved in customer relations and internal partner interactions, contributing to the quality and maintainability of solutions in production.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Master the functional and technical Contact services and their interactions with external information systems
- Understand the business and client needs
- Daily contact with clients
- Engage with clients during support review meetings
- Manage changes to maintain solutions at operational service levels
- Qualify production anomalies
- Lead technical and functional services of platform components and their interactions with external information systems
- Provide support for diagnosing platform malfunctions within incident and problem management
- Work with "First Line Support" operations teams, system, network, and database technical teams
- Continuous improvement of our processes (e.g., creation / update of operational procedures)
Who Are We Looking For
- We are looking for individuals capable of driving positive change, moving forward, and leading the way — passionate people with a positive attitude and a thirst to learn and grow.
- Educational background in engineering or university level Bac+3 to +5 in IT.
- You have a good team spirit and synthesis skills, committed to service quality and continuous improvement.
- You have a results-oriented mindset.
