The Go-To-Market “Global Sales & Verticals” manages a budget > 400M€ over different geographies and products, for more than 1000 global and international customers and partners. This Go To Market has a specific focus on vertical segments such as Retail, Petrol, Hospitality, Travel, Self-Service, and is clearly a growth vertical for Merchant Services.


The “Sales Operations” team manages the business reporting and analytics for the different verticals, define and support the internal processes, and participate in implementation of the strategy for the region (pipe reviews, ARROWs, SalesForce,…). Commercial planning, and different financial consolidations are requested to be managed within the Go To Market.


The Senior Business Analysts will lead customer business analysis and contracts and products profitability of the entire Go To Market.

In detail the role will consist in identifying margin outliers and drive corrective actions through:

- analysis of customer base data

- contract review and repricing actions in collaboration with the pricing team

- billing accuracy (audit / action plan & follow up

- identify quick wins and implementation

- reporting of the actions and direct impact


The role will require close relationship with multiples teams for data collection and analysis.


In addition, the role will also be involve in improving forecasts accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

  • Strong analysis abilities
  • Communication skills, drive change management
  • Senior enough to engage & “challenge” account mangers
  • Use of multiple interfaces (financial reporting, CRM, BI, …)
  • Expertise in reporting, management reporting and dashboards
  • French and English
