This is a key position supporting the Finance team on the Master Data side.

The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for performing Master Data activities for Worldline European locations, following Standard Accounting Policies and Procedures.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You build strong relationships with the team and local business team from the allocated country

  • You will be responsible for Vendor, Customer, Fixed Assets and Material Master Data Management: initiates, sets up and maintains data of all vendors/customers, fixed assets and material;
  • You assist and provide the necessary data (including documents, email, other information) required for controls and audits
  • You ensure that all data is accurate in the local system and other databases/systems used
  • You support the Team Leader to continuously improve services and data integrity
  •  You create and maintain the internal procedures, ensuring process documentation

  • You deliver reliable results according to the defined deadline


Skills we can’t do without:

  • Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance is a plus

  • Previous experience in Master Data/Procure to Pay/Accounts Payable is a plus

  • Good analytic skills and attention to details

  • Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines

  • Knowledge of working in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Language capabilities: English (fluent), additional foreign language is a plus
