Day-to-Day Responsibilities

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. With a mix of the soft and technical skills as described further on.

  • Own and facilitate our large-scale planning rituals, aligning multiple squads on a shared mission and a common set of objectives for the quarter.
  • Act as the master of ceremonies, ensuring these events are not just meetings, but high-energy, high-alignment moments.
  • Identify systemic bottlenecks, be they technical, process, or organizational, and lead cross-functional initiatives to eliminate them based on data-driven dashboards.
  • Orchestrate the synchronization between squads, ensuring dependencies are identified early and managed through smart sequencing or technical contracts, not through manual follow-ups
  • Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other leaders on agile best practices and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Shift manual, reactive Change Advisory Boards (CAB) to proactive, automated "guardrails" built directly into our CI/CD pipelines
  • Work with our Core Technology teams to ensure security, performance, compliance, architecture principle checks are automated, enabling teams to deploy with speed and confidence
