ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions is a joint venture between one of Europe’s leading payment technology companies, Worldline, and ANZ Banking Group.

We launched in Australia in early 2022, providing in-store and ecommerce payment solutions to around 60,000 Australian businesses. Since then, we’ve built a new modern technology platform to enable us to bring an exciting roadmap of products and solutions to our customers, as payments technology and consumer preferences evolve.

The opportunity

This role bridges the gap between business strategy, customer needs, and technical execution.
You will analyse opportunities, define clear requirements by collaborating across internal teams and working closely with product managers, operations teams and customers.  Distilling business needs to enable the the development of technology solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities​

• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Gather, review and analyse business and technical information to develop business requirements, functional specifications and user stories.
• Develop user test cases, user documentation and training material.
• Liaise between various business departments and groups.
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.

What we are looking for

• Experience working as a Business Analyst, gathering requirements and contributing to solution delivery, ideally within an Agile environment.
• Experience within the financial services or technology sector is highly desirable.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or Business Analysis certifications are beneficial but secondary to practical experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed solutions, process improvements and operational decisions.
• Effective problem solving skills.
• Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
• Excellent communication.
• Knowledge of the Australian payments industry and standards will be beneficial.
