The Opportunity

 

The FCC Advisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Anti- Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions program to ensure that all entities activities follow the necessary rules and regulations. As a seasoned individual with extensive PSP business knowledge and expertise, your job is balanced between day-to-day high level operational execution and coordination of the strategic direction set by Group Chief FCCO and providing AML-CFT and Sanctions Regulatory knowledge support to first, second and third lines;

 

Day-to-day responsibilities

 

  • Providing advice on AML-CFT compliance to all levels of defense (1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD) and other stakeholders, including business and operations. Assisting with day-to-day activities when needed.
  • Monitoring FCC regulatory developments and analyzing their impact.
  • Ensuring compliance with AML-CFT regulations across Worldline entities, coordinating activities through regular or ad hoc meetings.
  • Managing escalations to Group FCC, ensuring proper documentation and communication with CFCCO.
  • Enhancing the FCC framework and ensuring group-wide implementation of policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate AML-CFT risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks related to the organization's activities, customers, and services.
  • Handling intra-group escalations and collaborating with the Group FCC data officer on risk management and reporting.
  • Maintaining accurate records of AML-CFT activities and reporting to senior management and the Board as required. Monitoring and testing the effectiveness of the compliance program.
  • Collaborating with Group FCC controller on AML-CFT audits and address any findings.

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

  • Working experience in a Payment service provider and knowledge of relevant legislations.
  • At least 5 years of previous working experience as an AML officer and/or in FCC advisory role.
  • Sound knowledge of EU and any major AML legislations and Sanctions Regimes. Any other knowledge in external fraud and compliance domain is considered a plus.
  • Experience in people management is a plus.
  • At least 3+ years of experience working with regulators.
  • Proven record of knowledge with FCC certificates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with an ability to influence others.
