The Opportunity
You will be part of our international Regulated Business Service team that manages a rapidly growing portfolio of Regulated Business customers that is servicing the customers. If you are an organized, innovative and process-driven person, we are definitely waiting for you!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You are in contact with new potential customers and gather all legal information for the screenings to verify whether the provided information is correct
- You deliver all the information to our Risk department for further analysis and share documents with our encoding team
- You onboard the customer and provide them with all the necessary information to become a new Worldline customer
- You are the single point of contact for customers that are live regarding any operational question or issues when it comes to our products
- You are customer focused, understands the actual needs and are willing to take this extra mile to satisfy those needs
- You are able to do a first analysis, take appropriate action and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve issues and service customers in the best way
- You provide support for customer service including financial queries, answering product questions and providing answers to basic technical and administrative questions
- You Independently process of all kind of requests from our customers, partners and third parties as well as follow up on ongoing requests
- You actively assist in all areas of the team, including participation in problem solving activities and implementation of changes
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Fluency in English and Polish is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree
- Around 2 to 3 years of relevant customer experience
- Ability to work independently as part of an international team
- Good communication skills
- Experience with MS Office or IT systems (Salesforce & Webfocus) will be an asset
