Fuel Genie is a unique product and one of the fastest growing fuel card companies in the UK and as part of their expansion plans are looking for 3 new experienced Telesales Executives to join the team based in Wolverhampton. Fuel Genie will develop a team of high achievers and offers a competitive basic salary as well as a highly rewarding commission structure. Full product training and ongoing support is provided but success will be largely driven by your own sales skills, determination and hunger for success.

The Telesales Executives will be focussed on both customer retention and new business, calling prospective clients from an established database and to follow up marketing campaigns. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years successful B2B telesales experience ideally with SME’s, be highly persuasive, have excellent communication skills and thrive on daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Key Challenges :

  • To generate new customers to achieve sales targets
  • To retain existing customers and up sell services to achieve customer retention and satisfaction targets
  • To achieve targets for calls, contacts, conversions and card use
  • To not only follow up marketing campaigns but self-generate sales via developing a database, use of social media, focus on particular industries, and referrals
  • To rapidly become a Fuel Genie product and sales expert outperforming competitors

Key Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years successful, cold calling experience in B2B telesales
  • Thrive on making high volume of outbound calls, contacts and conversions per day
  • Love achieving and exceeding targets
  • Be highly self-motivated, resilient, positive, high energy, professional and determined
  • Be highly persuasive and  have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have a good knowledge of email Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good GCSE’s in maths and English
  • Existing experience in selling fuel cards would be perfect
