We need you to provide excellent services while being in continuous contact with the customers via phone and email. Good communication and listening skills together with technical skills are essential for our business. Your work attitude is service oriented towards our client and you can handle customer requests thanks to your strong customer service background.

As a Customer Service representative you will work in shifts which includes also night shifts. Our office is located in center of old town Vilnius Lithuania, with good public transport connections. We would like to welcome an energic and organized colleague to join our team!


Your day-to-day responsibilities include:  

  • You find solutions to POS technical issues.
  • You guide customers through the installation process and issues
  • You assist cardholders in case of card loss
  • You online monitor, troubleshoot and support of ATMs

  • You can handle a large volume of contacts with knowledge and efficiency with speedy updates
  • You identify and address customer needs with the end goal of great customer experience
  • You are good with adopting changing information and working with multiple IT systems
  • Understanding target-oriented ways of working and the relevance of feedback


The Skills we can't go without:

  • Full working proficiency in Russian, Lithuanian and English
  • You have strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • You enjoy solving problems and you have a proactive way of working
  • Delivering the best customer experience is your key driver
  • Ability to multitask, handle time, and prioritize
  • Ability to work both individually as well as a part of a team


The Skills we’d like you to have:

  • Prior customer services experience in payment industry
  • Proven experience in a call center environment
