The mission :

The successful candidate will

As a support Engineer :

Provide L2 support to worldwide L1 support to help them investigate issues on Verticals range of products (iSELF,SELF, Open readers).

Be an active player in serving the Group Time to Market & ROI increase objective as well supporting Regions in their Customer Satisfactions increase

Tasks he will have to achieve:

  • Resolve issues:
  • Analyze issues reported by worldwide regions (logs analyze, software sample creation to reproduce issues).
  • Search for the origin of errors and develop recommendations for suitable technical solutions by seeking the necessary information from the R&D teams.
  • Drive and implement the chosen solution or assist the region in this operation.
  • Monitor operations, integrations, sensitive interventions. Validate implemented solutions.
  • Train and support regional technical teams:
  • Write the technical documentation required to use the proposed technical solutions.
  • Train regional technical teams.
  • Ensure a constant watch on the evolution of the group’s products & software. Make the regions benefit from it.
  • Provide samples to help regional development teams in their projects.
  • Provide feedback to R&D teams:
  • Provide development teams with information from the field that can improve product quality and customer satisfaction.


As a Field Application Engineer :

Provide direct support to customers to help them to start new projects on Verticals range of products (Open Readers, SELF).

Be an active player in helping Merchant Services sales team to develop Verticals business and to get Customer Satisfaction and Confidence increase

Tasks he will have to achieve:

  • Make technical presentation to boost regions developments:
  • Ensure Technical support to Merchant Service sales to help them to make quotations on business opportunities.
  • Process JIRA tickets that relate to Merchant Services projects
    Skills & experience
  • Minimum of 6 to 9  years’ experience as a C,C++ developer or software support Engineer.
  • Knowledge of the different verticals such as vending, petrol, EV charging, parking .... is a plus
  • Used to work in an international environment
  • Knowledge about embedded systems
  • Knowledge of payment technology and industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: French& English
  • Excellent & creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong affinity for IT tools and systems
  • Good knowledge MS Office
