  • Manage individual projects from conception to completion in line with the business priorities.
  • Engage with all project stakeholders, but especially with key project team members, to ensure that the correct project structure/environment is created to support the scope of work.
  • Work closely with customers, third party contractors and suppliers as required to meet project delivery requirements.
  • Create, execute and update project plans based on the input from the project team.
  • Manage all project risks, issues and changes through to resolution.
  • Manage project costs to the agreed budget.
  • Escalate risks, issues, costs and changes that cannot be managed within the agreed project tolerances.
  • Follow and promote the use of the project delivery methodology and other Ingenico processes and procedures.
  • Provide regular status reporting to the management (including the governing project board and the Head of Customer Delivery) as directed.
  • Contribute to the continued improvement of the project delivery methodology.
