Are you an Online Marketing Manager who knows exactly how to reach relevant target audiences, drive traffic and generate leads and sales for our B2B sales team? Can you challenge yourself, colleagues and agencies to spot new opportunities before any others? Then you are the candidate we are looking for to join our digital marketing team.

 

Summary of tasks:

  • Together with our agency grow the foundation of our performance marketing programs
  • Identify appropriate use of performance marketing channels (Search Engine Advertising, Display advertising, email, Social Media advertising, nurturing campaigns, influencers etc.)
  • Generate leads in small and medium business
  • Generate direct sales through our digital platform
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns, audiences, ROAS and revenue performance
  • Manage AdWords, display/social media advertising campaigns (partly through our agencies)
  • Manage display advertising creation
  • Manage/build campaign landing pages
  • Manage ad copy and social / display creatives
  • Manage ad spend
  • Work in close cooperation with trade marketing, product and sales teams

 

Essential job skills:

  • Bachelor degree (or higher) in (digital) Marketing, and/or Communications
  • Relevant hands-on work experience in digital marketing
  • A firm understanding of online marketing tactics, website analytics and KPI management
  • Detailed understanding of how to use analysis to maximize ROI
  • Experience in managing advertising agencies
  • Experience with Adwords, display/social/video advertising
  • Ability to set goals and accomplish them within given timeframes
  • Highly organized and systematic
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong in execution
  • Eye for detail
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
