The Opportunity:


We are looking for a highly skilled New Business Developer to join the Financial Services team, In this position, you will be a key to growing the business in greenfield regions across Europe. Your role is client-facing, being the day-to-day contact responsible for keeping Sales programs moving and demonstrating ongoing value and results.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:  


  • You develop a growth strategy focused both on financial performance and customer happiness 
  • You arrange business meetings with our future clients 
  • You keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. 
  • You are a born networker and you have a large network 
  • You know where to find new leads
  • You are not afraid of opening new doors 
  • You get energy from closing deals


Signs of success: 


  • Developing a business strategy focused on financial gain and excellent delivery 
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients 
  • Expand our clientele, especially mid corporate companies
  • Build and apply an effective sales strategy 
  • Work as part of a self steering business development team
  • Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and crafting positive relationships with clients. 


Skills we can’t do without:  


  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a business development, sales or a relevant role 
  • Validated sales track record  
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge 
  • Communication and negotiation skills 
  • Affinity with the financial and payment industry


Skills we’d like:


  • Experience in customer support is a plus 
  • experience with terminals & acquiring 
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills 
  • Show flexibility and adaptability within the workplace 
  • Aim to continue to grow professional capabilities with ongoing training and educational opportunities 
  • Sales and trading experience in the financial services industry - banks, insurance or investments
