In the area of Authorization & Switching Global Products within Worldline we are looking for a Product Owner.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person, seeking for improvements and standardization to improve our way of working and of course our product: Worldline Pay Front Office. We are working in a scaled agile way, based on LeSS, but tailored to our needs. Define together with us the vision for our product and also for all our transversal domains.


Your tasks:


Definition and continuous refinement of our vision in alignment with all stakeholders

Plan & prioritize Sprints with a transversal and product focused view in our scaled agile way of working

Define acceptance criteria (based on Definition of Ready & Definition of Done) and evaluate the Sprint result based on that

Take care for the product related and transversal topics in our team, having also a focus on maintainability, testability, usability etc.

Keep an overview on common product related activities. Link different topics and detect dependencies to work on solutions to resolve these with the corresponding teams

Balance the different topics to find the best approach to reduce our efforts and gain efficiency, and in parallel to achieve the communicated milestones of our roadmap

Plan and share the transversal roadmap in different meetings with different stakeholders from an agile point of view, to also refine our backlog


Your skills:


University degree (master / bachelor) in computer science or similar qualification

Perennial experience as Product Owner or similar role, working in agile software development, in an complex and international environment

Experience with scaled agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFe, etc.) and multidisciplinary teams

Distinctive communication abilities and business fluent English, written & spoken (German would be beneficial)

Structured and analytical way of working and distinct ability to do presentations

Knowledge about payment domain and/or cloud services and/or Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment would be beneficial

You are a teamplayer, who listens and communicates at eye level with all stakeholders and teammembers
