A key part of the TSS GBL’s strategic transformation is the build-up and delivery of a Payments Platform as a Service (PPaaS). The ambition is to build a world-class, cloud-based Payments Platform as a Service (PPaaS) that empowers our ecosystem of clients and partners to offer their merchant customers state-of-the-art payment and commerce solutions available anytime, anywhere.

This role involves a highly skilled program manager to contribute to Worldline’s PPaaS growth and help us maintain our position as a creative authority for payment solutions. Within the PPaaS Projects and Program Delivery Team, the PPaaS Program Manager is responsible to setup, coordinate and execute PPaaS E2E delivery in line with the organization strategic timeline.



Key Responsibilities


  • Coordination of your internal project team for the flawless execution of the PPaaS roadmap
  • Ensure PPaaS processes are applied within your scope
  • Track the progress, taking into account dependencies and achievements; reporting to management
  • Monitor risks and issues, have mitigating measures in place and provide timely updates to management
  • Provide guidance to all workers and tailor Program management methodologies to ensure goals are met
  • Facilitate events at the program level to ensure team alignment and continuity
  • Communicating and collaborating with product and solution management, product owners and other stakeholders to guarantee the alignment of strategy and execution
  • Support all teams in the identification of problems and decision-making processes
  • Communicating trade-offs and key decisions across projects.
  • Making recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members
  • Representing Program Management in Engineering SCRUMs focused on integrating customer requests, and representing projects involving cross-functional teams, once approved, into existing work schedules.
  • Coaching and training project team members on PPaaS processes and best practices.
  • Establishing strong relationships with Engineering and Product Management

  • Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, cloud services, complex projects/programs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced / deadline-driven environment

  • Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills

Skills/Competency Specification


  • Proven educational background (Master Degree or Bachelor) preferably in the fields computer science or engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project manager or project leader in the information technology sector
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Experience in driving cross-functional projects
  • Pragmatic, still highly organized and structured
  • Result oriented with a proactive mentality
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
  • Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2/AgilePM/PSM) is a plus
  • Experience in Agile Scaled Framework(s) or in Safe is a plus
  • Experience in Financial and/or Payment Industry is a strong asset
  • At ease working in an international environment.
