As an operations specialist, you will get a unique opportunity to be part of the Acquiring Specialists team, which plays an integral role in supporting Worldline’s customers/merchants and partners.  

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You act as 2nd Line support and handling more complex customer inquiries and issues related to transactions and payments
  • Aim to meet internal SLAs for case handling
  • You actively improve our ways of working, enhance the efficiency and quality of the product in collaboration with multiple teams throughout the company
  • You attend regular meetings to share updates on the progress of your tasks with your peers.

Solving problems and getting things done efficiently comes naturally from you.  You enjoy working in an international ever-changing environment as part of the team, but also independently. You see yourself as flexible with a can-do attitude.

 

Skills we can’t do without:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have proven experience working with a technical product/environment
  • You are proficient in the usage of Microsoft-Office Tools, especially Excel.
  • You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and look for new problems to solve and new concepts to implement
  • Have a strong personal drive & initiative and enjoys working in a fast paced, at times high pressure, client-focused environment

 

Skills we’d like:

  • You have experience of using a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role, the payment industry or working in a regulated business 
  • Nordic language, both written and verbal
