The opportunity:

Worldline’s Merchant Services Global Business Line (abbreviated GBL MS) is a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Payment Acceptance and Payment Terminal solutions.  Merchant Services’ unique combination of payment, digital and transactional expertise allows merchants to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.

If you are a highly-skilled Security Analyst get ready to join our team! We would like to welcome an organized and result driven colleague to join us. In this position you will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to Head of 1st Line of Defence.


As a Security Analyst, you would focus strongly on technical security authority. We also need to build our success on your security knowledge of Windows OS, UNIX, Network knowledge, VPN, Vulnerability Management, Malware prevention secure software development, as well as SOC/SIEM/ incident response. In your role you ensure the technical assessment of servers and server configuration, access and authorization, and privilege access assessment. You provide solutions for security architecture and follow up on security in the payment business (for acquiring, card issuing, terminal business). Are you the security authority we need in our team?


Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Identifying solutions to align to the security directives set by the MS 2nd line security organization
  • Implementing security best practices, including the follow-up on patch and obsolescence processes
  • Ensuring these security best practices are embedded in the business projects and operations
  • Participating to operational committees to ensure security requirements are met
  • Supporting security incident response activities  
  • Identify and implement mitigation actions according to the Risk Treatment Plan
  • Monitoring firewall, hardening and baseline reviews
  • Assisting to security certification audits and security assessments triggered by customers


Signs of success:

To be successful in this role, we need you to combine experience, validated skills and personal attributes in the Security domain. You also enjoy working in an international environment with multicultural mindset.


Skills we can’t do without:

  • You have minimum 2 years of relevant experience within IT Security
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, IT Security, engineering or related field
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills


Skills we’d like:

  • You have understanding of meaningful security certifications like CISSP, CEH
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS Security frameworks
  • Understanding of information technologies and data security
  • Wish to continue to grow professional capabilities with ongoing training and educational opportunities
