The opportunity:

At Worldline, our technology addresses persistent challenges of the payment world. We have many passionate and dedicated peers that would love for you to work with them!

You will be a key, sustaining member of several account teams. Your role is semi client-facing, as well as being the day-to-day contact responsible for keeping certain programs moving and demonstrating ongoing value and results.

The IT Process role encompasses a large swath of the Worldline payments processing organization.  In a reactionary capacity, we focus on problem and incident management to understand and learn from platform issues that create customer impacting events.  In a larger sense we want to be proactive by reviewing and improving existing processes and procedures related to capacity, change management, release management and business continuity.  

 

As IT Process you will interact with other teams covering many disciplines and responsibilities. You will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to Senior Sales Engineer, who is based in the United States.

Your day-to day responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and analyzing applications, data and procedures  
  • You cooperate closely with monitoring team, developers and operations when required
  • Coordinate and run complex technical incident and problem resolution within various production and test environments by conducting research, investigation, and diagnosing and recommending solutions
  • Identify and monitor cases
  • Deliver standardized KPI results on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Analyze data from variety sources and present them using standardized graphs, charts and matrix
  • You understand the data and what is the cause behind spikes, drops etc.

 

 

Sign of success:

You have a natural curiosity for how things work. You like to work in international fast paced environment and be interaction with different stakeholders. You are also excellent in communications both written and verbal.

 

 

Skills we can’t do without:

  • Previous experience in payment processing and terminology.
  • You are used to work with JIRA, Service Desk and other problem tacking applications.
  • You are used to work with Microsoft office products; specially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are flexible and adaptable.
  • Full working proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
