We are looking for enthusiastic Activation Coordinator to join our team in Sweden, Stockholm. This role is for a fixed term contract of 6 months with start date in December, 2022. In the role as Activation Coordinator, you will help our customers to join us with excellent service without putting our compliance aside. We put phenomenal pride into giving our customers the best possible start, it should be quick and easy to get started. We seek to get it right the first time!

About the team

You will be part of a small but efficient team that believes that cooperation is the way to reach success. We are committed to continuous improvement and we always put the customer first. Team members are based in both Halmstad and Stockholm.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include

  • You support go to market activities and launch of new products
  • You will add new customers to our different production systems
  • Be a vital part of our lead-to-live journey
  • Take ownership to improve and automate processes related to activation of customers

You are very thorough when performing your daily tasks. The ability to see the big picture without losing an eye for detail comes naturally from you in everyday work. Through collaboration with other departments in the business, you will build our reputation as a trusted partner in the payment industry.

Skills we can't do without

  • Full working proficiency in Swedish and English
  • You have strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Academic degree
  • Ability to pay attention to details and service minded approach

 

Skills we'd like

It would be great if you have the following skills, too:

  • Norwegian, Danish and/or Finnish is seen as an advantage
  • Experience of payment industry, back office or other fast paced operational environment
