Contexte On Site Support :

Nous assurons le support IT « On Site » pour nos 4 000 utilisateurs en France réparti sur plus de 10 sites.

Dans le but d’harmoniser mondialement le poste de travail, son management et son support, un projet de migration vers des postes utilisateurs vers Win 10, Office 365, OneDrive, Teams, Share Point… est en cours de déploiement pour l’ensemble de Worldline (14 000 utilisateurs répartis sur 30 pays)


Dans ce contexte de changement, les équipes OSS sont mises à contribution pour supporter les anciennes solutions, pour une période de 6 mois encore, ainsi que ces nouvelles solutions.


Les principales missions sont :

  • Manager les collaborateurs OSS France (15-20 collaborateurs réparti sur 4 sites)

  • Assurer une qualité de support pour nos utilisateurs

  • Manager les achats du périmètre

  • Manager les principaux process ITIL sur le périmètre (Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Configuration),

  • Maintenir, Développer, la documentation technique

  • Partager la documentation avec les autres pays

  • Démarche d’amélioration continue


Profil :

Jeune ingénieur(e) ou Technicien(ne) expérimenté(e)  :

  • Compétences techniques requises:

    • Windows, Office 365, One Drive, Share Point, Anti-Virus, Teams, ….

    • Compétences sur Windows 7, AD, SCCM, …. bienvenue

  • Expérience en management d’équipes techniques multi sites indispensable

  • Anglais : requis
