• Perform performance, stress testing of automation tools
• Setup, deployment & configuration of automation tools in the cloud 
• Monitoring and analyzing issues of tool operation
• CI/CD for the automation tools

• Training and documentation for users of the automation tools
• Supporting new users with using the tools
