Security Operations analyses, monitors and maintains security systems, applications and processes, solves occurring security incidents and problems throughout the IT infrastructure within Worldline and takes care of execution and realisation of operational security tasks in the following domains:

  1. Infrastructure protection
  2. Data & Key management
  3. Identity & Access Management
  4. Security Monitoring
  5. SOC & incident management

This all leading to demonstrable and sustainable adequate secure systems, applications and processes. Security Operations is facilitating and ensuring a secure and policy-compliant IT environment.


What will be your job


In the role as Cryptography & Key management team manager, you will conduct operationally the adherence to the regulations applicable to Worldline in the business line scope (1st line of defense).  You manage the end-to-end execution of cryptographic & key management operations. The role oversees security risk and security compliance projects (PCI-DSS, PCI-P2PE, PCI-PIN), hardware security modules and cryptographic keys management though their lifecycles by acting as cryptography subject matter expert.


Deliverables & responsibilities


  • Lead the end-to-end execution of security risk management with key third parties including defining security processes & standards, maintaining risk criticality inventory and assess, monitor and report third party risks.
  • Ensure technology solutions are appropriate and maintained, processes are defined and team members are suitably skilled to execute activities
  • Recommend remedial actions to address any gaps/weaknesses on Security regulation adherence especially under PCI.
  • Responsible for the Regulatory standards adherence with local laws and regulatory policies & standards as well as proposed controls to address gaps if any.
  • Oversee security projects related to cryptography on network security, database security, keys & HSM lifecycle management.
  • Implement requirements and specifications for cryptographic controls to protect data at rest and data in transit
  • Maintain cryptographic certificates and keys
  • Manage, maintain and update the Smartcards and tokens infrastructure and custodians’ assets
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency enhancements and lead the programs coherently by defining controls, processes, procedures.

  • Master’s degree in computer science or comparable degree programs
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in cybersecurity with experience of performing a similar role in other organizations
  • Good level of English and communications skills to collaborate with different type of stakeholders (security, IT and business)
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Experience with implementing regulation compliance (PCI DSS, PCI P2PE) and especially with HSM & cryptographic keys management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing a security risk framework
  • Proven working experience in a Security programs management will be an advantage
  • Experience in the financial industry
