The position

You are curious about fintech and want to work for the European leader in payment services with a worldwide presence? Join a team of Product Management, dealing every day with global large accounts, from different industries (retail, hospitality, transport, vending…).

Scope of Retail solutions is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Marketing Product Manager to help us improve our Back-Office product.

You will support the definition and evolutions of our Back-Office software solution which is web interface, designed for our large merchants and their partners to seamlessly:

  • Control, analyse and reconcile their in-store and online transactions’ data, through the reporting application
  • Operate transactions such as refund by web, using the transaction management capabilities
  • Set-up Payment parameters and configurations through the Onboarding application
  • Update Payment devices in the field, through the Terminal Management application, and ensure merchants’ configuration is always up to date over the time

 

Key responsibilities

As Marketing Product Manager – reporting to the head of Back Office Product Management team – you will be responsible for:

  • Defining the Product strategy and roadmap (short and mid-term) for the reporting application
  • Building and maintain business cases, to ensure a perfect match between the investment to be done and the value to be gathered by Worldline
  • Conducting user groups to assess new product development initiatives, new services or operational improvement initiatives
  • Producing and maintaining the business initiatives, support the product owner(s) in translating into EPIC, to get it prioritize into the development Backlog (into squads)
  • Designing and Supporting the execution of product Go-to-Market strategy (communication, documentation, training). This includes the presentations of the Product to the Sales organization, and the support of this organization to ensure the good positioning of the Product will it be from a functional standpoint or a value standpoint
  • Assessing of the competitive landscape
  • Defining partnerships/subcontracting when required
  • Building the pricing of the features with the support of the pricing team

 

Your qualifications

As the ideal candidate, we expect you to have:

  • A degree or master’s in science/economics
  • 3 to 5 years at least of experience as Product Manager
  • A customer-centric approach
  • Some experience in the development/deployment of web-based interfaces or Business Intelligence tools
  • Some knowledge of the Payment ecosystem (not a must)
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Interest in working in technological environment

You must be fluent in both English and French.
