In this position you will define, implement, integrate and troubleshoot computer, information and software systems, including software and hardware components.

In this role, you will deploy, follow-up and troubleshoot application releases including software and hardware components. You will prepare, validate through different platforms: Integration, Acceptance and Preproduction and Production platforms for Tiers 2 customer projects.

Your goal is to achieve the E2E integration of all specific developments, in a target customer environment to anticipate as much as possible any anomaly and thus facilitate the customer UAT phase.

All the tests performed must be documented in our tools. Likewise, any update to the platform configuration will be documented and tracked in a Setup Client document.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You will deploy, follow-up application releases and customer solutions on the Integration, Acceptance, Preproduction and Production platforms
  • You will perform integration tests E2E, component by component and automatic tests in customer configuration (based on FRS)
  • You will trace and capitalize your work through documents such as test plans, test reports and best practices for integration and production release procedures.
  • You write and update integration, installation, and deployment guides
  • You will follow-up and ensure the upgrades and maintenance of acceptance, preproduction and production environments
  • You will perform E2E validation tests in preparation for the Client User Acceptance Tests (UAT), based on the client's UAT Test Plan and the test plans that you have drawn up for the Project.
  • You will be required to create and set up automatic E2E tests for your projects.
  • You will monitor and support the Client TUs and the Client Pilot phase.
  • You will explain the solution to the customer discussions, if needed.
  • You will be the first level of investigation into integration issues.
  • You will qualify and follow up on bugs and defects.
  • You will support the project managers during customer deployments if needed.
  • You will implement automatic testing for existing and new functionalities if needed.
  • You will work and configure application configuration files and the application package for terminals.
  • You will create templates for server and terminal configuration files.
  • You will support the production of the customer configuration.
  • You ensure inter-team communication and / or to the Customer to orchestrate the integration and acceptance phases.
  • You gather and analyze data to determine system requirements.
  • You define and implement strategies for integrating disparate operating system environments.
  • You research, evaluate, and recommend systems, equipment and technologies based on organizational/client needs.
  • You assist in the maintenance of both hardware and software equipment.
  • You draft technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other systems integration related documents
  • You work with clients, at their site or remotely, performing installation, configuration, consulting and training.
  • You develop and conduct testing plans and procedures based upon system recommendations.
  • You communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management and end users.
  • You provide clients with post-installation and integration support.
  • You keep a record of all maintenance activities in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • You will work in a client-server environment. The client is of the on-board type (terminal).
  • You will work in a technical environment: Linux Redhat 5/6/7, Python.
  • You will work with project monitoring tools: JIRA, Mantis or equivalent, TestLink.
  • You will work with the methodology: Agile Kanban.

Skills we can’t do without:

  • You graduated with a master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in similar activities and technical fields
  • You have experience integrating technologies such as: Windows Server, Apache, Tomcat, IIS, Oracle, SQL Server, and Java
  • You are practiced with HTML, XML, Web servers.
  • You are familiar with Linux, Redhat (Fedora, Centos, Redhat enterprise), in particular on installation / compilation and maintenance,
  • You are familiar with networks: TCP / IP Protocol, Networks LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Proxy, SNMP, NTP, SSL
  • You have extensive experience and knowledge in agile development (Scrum / Kanban / SAFE).
  • You are familiar with programming: JAVA, JavaScript, JSP, ASPX, Python, in the context of setting up automatic tests.
  • You have experience and good knowledge in LINUX environments.
  • You have experience and good knowledge of databases: MySQL, Postgres SQL and ORACLE.
  • You have experience and a good knowledge of deployment and industrialization procedures via GIT / PUPPET / FORMAN.
  • You have experience and a good knowledge of electronic banking, banking protocols, and payment protocols: NEXO, CB5.5, CB2A,…
  • You have experience and a good knowledge of simulation tools: Collis, Kanest.
  • You demonstrate excellent skills and thoroughness in performing tests
  • You listen to customers, so you can focus on their needs.
