If you are a highly-skilled Digital Commerce Specialist, then get ready to join our company. As our new colleague you have a strong affinity with a complex technical environment and want to work on project mode. Combining your excellent communication skills, with friendliness and integrity you will provide 2nd level support to your colleagues across the Nordics, ensuring we give the best customer experience to our customers. You also have a key role to play in facilitating the coordination and escalation of issues for internal partners to address the root causes of problems. In this role you will report to 2nd line’s Manager Specialist. The position is based in Odense, Denmark.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include:  

  • You build guiding and dynamic knowledge on our solutions for cashless payments.
  • Providing 2nd level support internally and externally in the scope of our ecom products.
  • Support our customers and partners in integrations to our products, ensuring that the quality of the solutions.
  • Troubleshooting issues on our ecom platforms.
  • Coordination of stakeholder feedback to ensure prioritization of issues.
  • Maintaining and creating internal documentation.

Skills we’d like:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, preferably our online products Epay and Checkout.
  • General understanding of API's.
  • Front-end development experience (HTML, Javascript, PHP).
  • A good understanding of PSD2 and SCA.
