Currently there is an opportunity to join the Business Office team where you will be a part of a dynamic, hard-working team that is responsible for supporting the organisation on bids, services and projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside Business Development Manager on bids and quotes
  • Procuring items and tracking software renewals for Projects and Services
  • Managing and updating cost registers to supervise expenditure
  • Reviewing supplier spend and working with Supplier /Procurement Managers to reduce costs
  • Providing support in administrative operations
  • You conduct market research in order to follow markets trends and analyse market behaviour
  • You handle accounting and finance tasks working with specialists in that field
