Your day-to-day responsibilities include:


  • Manage the portfolio of Talent acquisition for Local and Global projects for Senior and Junior level. 
  • Diversity hiring across IT, Tech, Sales, Operations, Non-IT and Domain specific functions.
  • Partner with business to engage and retain potential talent through employee pulse and people connect programs.
  • Post positions on effective job portals, recruit through social networking, referrals, and Vendor Management activities.
  • Evaluate resumes, coordinate and perform interviews, identified potential candidates to hire and took part in the recruitment drives held for Technology hiring.


Skills we’d like:


  • Proven working experience in end to end recruitment.
  • Prior experience in HR practices.
  • Familiarity with various types of tools/ATS.
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel).



Skills we can’t do without:


  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communicating and interpersonal skills; Able to work in a matrix environment and connect with various stakeholders. 
  • Confidentiality and sensitivity, particularly when making judgments on specific issues
  • Fluent in English.
