Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

 

  • Interaction with Direct Debit Banks and Clients

  • Manage client queries by coordinating with banks and internal teams

  • Prepare various dashboards for client

  • Maintain the tracker of data processed in a month

 

Skills we can’t do without:

 

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate                                        
  • Experience & Age: 4 – 5 years & 25 - 30
  • Industry: Banking/Financial Services/Insurance

 

Skills we’d like:

 

  • Excellent  communication skills (spoken & written)

  • MS Office & Outlook

  • Strong organizational skills in managing data on MS Excel
