Mission

 

  • Reporting directly to FS APAC CEO and WL Global Sales manager (CSO)
  • Grow Financial Services (FS), APAC overall business by steering sales and pre-sales effort on all FS -led accounts and on new logos, across all LBL, while creating strong customer executive relationship
  • Ensure cross-Global business line consistency at local level

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

Scope

  • All FS APAC accounts and targeted new accounts
  • Coordinate with LBL Head of Sales for the use of Pre-sales resources (readiness and allocation)

 

Growth Strategy

  • Build and implement sales strategy in full coordination with APAC CEO and the Global Sales manager (CSO)
  • Develop and drive joint go to market initiatives with key business & alliance partners
  • Accountable for OE/Revenue forecast/budget and actions to close gaps
  • Have executive levels interaction (e.g., negotiation, closing)
  • Accountable for sales targets

 

Client Management

  • Manage account plan process (incl. approvals) and approve account plans at RBU level
  • Network at Client CXO level

 

People Management

  • Motivate and inspire team to achieve success, ensure sales training is embraced and acted on
  • Accountable for HR matters for account Sales/Executive Resources in FS APAC

 

Internal Organization

  • Setup appropriate sales organization and governance to achieve results
  • Prioritization of deals and coordination with LBL Sales managers for allocation of pre-sales resource

 

Profile, experience and skills

 

Background

  • Proven track record in senior Sales
  • Local & industry network (credibility with clients)
  • International multi-cultural orientation
  • Diploma: Master degree

  • Leadership: able to position at customer as an executive sponsor, to design& implement a vision
  • Collaboration, networking
  • People Management
  • Personality & attitude: Mature, Energetic, Pragmatic, Stress-resistant (balanced personality, a natural authority, action & decision oriented)

 

Sales & Specific skills

  • Strategic & business analytics: Account Planning, pipeline management, develop marketing strategic approach
  • Market Intelligence skills: WL positioning (priorities/flexibilities)
  • Ability to create and manage relationship at CxO level
  • Negotiation skills (ability to close deal/ convince)

 

Others

  • Business Fluent verbal & written communication skills in English; other languagues like Mandarin will be an added advantage
