The Opportunity


At Worldline, connecting and securing payment transactions is what we do daily. Covering the entire payment value chain, our technological guides craft and operate digital platforms that handle the millions of highly critical transactions between a company, its partners and its customers.


As PCI Compliance Officer - you are responsible for one or more client portfolios. You will be in direct contact with the customer and other internal stakeholders. You are ensuring that the PCI DSS requirements are met. At the same time, you’ll be able to support our Vendor Management and Quality Assurance team with new ideas for the online tool as you will be in contact with the customers and receive feedback from them. You may also be involved in other tasks concerning run the business connected to your portfolios or supporting projects.



Your day-to-day responsibilities include


  • You drive awareness of the PCI DSS standard within your portfolios which is connected in driving the compliance rate up to meet the card scheme requirements
  • You use client feedback to create value
  • You represent the company with curiosity and in respect to the PCI DSS standard
  • You consult merchants and sales or other internal departments with questions due to PCI DSS
  • You keep the portfolio up to date and contact the merchants or sales frequently
  • You execute the bi-annual scheme reporting e.g. towards VISA and MC and other acquiring partners
  • You will report towards Head of PCI Management (Global Head)

Skills we can’t do without


  • Experience in one of the following areas is essential: PCI DSS, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, Legal/Paralegal, Fraud, Certification, IT or IT SEC Consultant, Client Manager/Portfolio Manager in the Payment industry, other essential knowledge equal to the above stated
  • Knowledge of the Credit Card business or the card schemes is an advantage
  • You have 4+ years of experience in a risk management / compliance role or similar environment

  • You are fluent in Swedish both spoken and written and able to speak and write in English (any other nordic language is a plus)

  • You are a good communicator and able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
