Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

Working in close collaboration with Global Finance Business Process Owners & Corporate IT, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Financial process design:
    • You will be responsible for the finance processes documentation & structure (incl. process diagrams update & user guide) within our solution management tool
    • You will give support on Functional design / Gap analysis phases (workshops preparation & animation)
    • You will assure support to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integrations
    • You will create financial process maps and describe in details the end-to-end process workflow
    • You need to have a continuous improvement approach/vision
  • Training:
    • You will be responsible for the design, delivery & maintenance of Digital Learning and Classroom training material
    • You will organize and facilitate classrooms training to stakeholders across the groups
    • You will create training materials for your peers in order to provide a comprehensive understanding of the financial processes within the scope of each project
  • Testing :
    • You will analyze, plan, design, and executing tests across all phases of ERP Finance Systems deployment with a focus on User Acceptance Testing. You will work closely with the project team and end users across various locations.
    • You will Partner with Global IT and Finance Operation teams to ensure that functional requirements have been tested thoroughly following and end-to-end process approach.
    • You will identify system defects and drive root cause analysis to resolve them
  • Data Migration
    • You will collaborate with group stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and IT teams, to understand data migration requirements and objectives.
    • You will design and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for data migration activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data throughout the process.
    • You will identify and document data quality issues, system defects, and potential risks during the migration process, and work with the development team to resolve them.
    • You will perform data profiling and analysis to assess data quality and completeness, and recommend data cleansing and transformation strategies.
    • You will conduct post-migration data reconciliation and validation to ensure successful migration and data integrity
    • You will continuously enhance and improve the test and data migration processes, methodologies, and tools

 

As you will be working with international teams, it goes without saying you possess first class communication and interpersonal skills and have demonstrable experience of developing good stakeholder relationship at all levels. You will have the ability to work proficiently and accurately in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment, with excellent attention to details and be a good team player able to work in a multi-disciplined environment.

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

  • Proven educational background (Master Degree or Bachelor) preferably in the fields of economics or computer science
  • Proven background in Financial Services / Payment industry is preferred, but a good understanding of financial and management accounting concepts is essential
  • Deep functional expertise of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and have working experience in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report or Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pragmatic, still highly organized and structured
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook
  • Result oriented with a hands-on mentality
  • English at very good level
