You will be part of a global team and will support the head of the business line Merchant Services. About the team:

You will work on the Global HR team and support HRBPs located all over the world. Located in La Défense (Paris) headquarter, you will work with talented and dedicated people which will help you to grow and learn on day to day basis. We have strong ambition to recruit and develop our talent.


Your mission:


Reporting to the Head of the HR business line MS, you will be a partner of our teams and will be able to support us in many HR projects on a daily basis.


In collaboration with the HRBPs, you will take charge of the management of Human Resources in an operational area of employees.

In this context, your main missions will be:



-  Support teams, managers, and employees in the implementation of Worldline's HR policy,

-  Support managers and employees in the performance of their duties,

-  Ensure quality reporting and monitoring on all HR KPIs,

-  Participate in cross-functional HR projects according to current events and regulatory developments,

-  Contribute to the various Business Partnering exercises, in particular on the following aspects:


  • Recruitment and mobility,
  • Performance and people / talents reviews,
  • Remuneration,
  • Training and development.



Signs of success:

- You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your responsiveness and your listening skills,

- You are autonomous and proactive, organized, rigorous and curious, resistant to stress.


Skills we can’t do without:

- You are graduating a Master’s degree in Human Resources or of any related field,

- You’re fluent in English, French is a plus.


Skills we would like:

- Good knowledge of the office suite and digital tools (professional networks),

- First experience in human resources, ideally in an international environment.
