You will be part of a global team and will support the Head of Recruitment  on various projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You ensure the promotion of internal programs such as internal mobility and gender equity within Worldline

  • You review the current processes and find effective processes that you will implement globally

  • You run reports and analyse the data quality within the recruitment community

  • You find effective ways to improve the data quality and follow up on

  • You develop reports based on our KPIs

  • You build and write internal documentation for the recruitment and mobility communities

  • You will be responsible for the training of the HR community on Success factor

  • You lead and ensure the follow up of HR community meetings

  • You will work in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition partners, providing them with assistance on various subjects (process writing, webinar organization, etc.)

  • You are a team worker and can support you team on various projects (onboarding, implementation of a new tool or integration of a new entity)

  • You deliver a data based analysis

  • You tackle our processes and find effective ways to report

  • You identify new important metrics to report on and analyse it

 

 

Skills we can’t do without:

  • You are graduating a Master’s degree in Humanities, Human Resources of any related field

  • You have profound experience in data analysis and project management

  • You are proficient in English both oral and written

  • You have sophisticated skills in Excel, PowerPoint..

 

Skills we’d like:

  • First experience in human resources, ideally in an international environment

  • Work in total autonomy

  • French is a plus

  • Experience with Success factors or any related tool
