You are curious about fintech and want to work for the European leader in payment services with a worldwide presence? Join a team of Product Management, dealing every day with global large accounts, from different industries (retail, hospitality, transport, vending, parking…).

Scope of our solutions is fastly growing, and we are looking for a motivated experienced Product Manager to help us further develop our eCommerce solutions. We are building highly advanced omnichannel solutions, and you will be part of a success story of onboarding many new customers onto our solutions.

Your mission is to define the product strategy and roadmap priorities within Worldline, in line with the business expectations, and help to bring new products to life.

As such, you are responsible for your product area, product life cycle, profitability and understanding and analysing the market and the competition. You manage stakeholders throughout the organization.

 

 

Key responsibilities

You will

  • Analyse the competition and the market
  • Analyse clients’ feedbacks
  • Assess ideas on their business value and technical feasibility
  • Present and share vision to client, management, and stakeholders
  • Define the product strategy and prioritise the roadmap.
  • Get/use input from the business (i.e. marketing, sales, strategy, partnerships teams, verticals), and other internal/external stakeholders
  • Create business initiatives, based on your strategic understanding and vision of the market, and support the Product Owner in translating into detailed requirements, to get them prioritized into the development backlog.
  • Ensure budget availability for the roadmap items.
  • Make and own the business case for new features to be implemented and act as gatekeeper for requests
  • Definition Business Requirements
  • Support the execution of sales process (communication, documentation, training). This includes the production of content, the presentations of the product to the sales organization, and the support of this organization to ensure the good positioning of the Product
  • Manage timely execution of pilots, and collaborate with the project team to ensure progress and resolve issues
  • Ensure the pricing of the product is constructed with the support of the Marketing and the Pricing team
  • Articulate, monitor and provide insight into drivers of the product component objectives, KPIs, USPs, etc
  • Manage lifecycle of solutions (new dev / phase out etc.)
  • Manage profitability of own product set (multiple components). Understand usage/ revenues and costs associated. Report on them to portfolio management.
  • Participate in client meetings as subject matter expert

 

Your qualifications

As the ideal candidate, we expect you to have:

  • A degree or master’s in science/economics
  • 5 years at least of experience as Product Manager
  • A customer-centric approach
  • Knowledge of the Payment ecosystem
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Interest in working in technological environment
  • You must be fluent in both English and French
