The Opportunity:

If you are a highly skilled Business Developer, then get ready to join our company. In this position, you will be a key, sustaining member of several client account teams. Your role is client-facing, being the day-to-day contact responsible for keeping certain programs moving and demonstrating ongoing value and results.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:  

 

  • You develop a growth strategy focused both on financial performance and customer happiness 

  • You conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs 

  • You arrange business meetings with our future clients 

  • You promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives 

  • You prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines 

  • You keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. 

  • You provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support 

  • You build long-term relationships with new and existing customers 

 

Signs of success: 

 

  • Developing a business strategy focused on financial gain and excellent delivery 

  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients 

  • Expand our clientele 

  • Build and apply an effective sales strategy 

  • Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and crafting positive relationships with clients. 

 

Skills we can’t do without:  

 

  • Experience as a business development, sales or a relevant role 

  • Validated sales track record 

  • Master degree in business administration, sales or relevant field 

  • Proficiency in English 

  • Market knowledge 

  • Communication and negotiation skills 

 

Skills we’d like:

  

  • Experience in customer support is a plus 

  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills 

  • Show flexibility and adaptability within the workplace 

  • Aim to continue to grow professional capabilities with ongoing training and educational opportunities 

  • Sales and trading experience in the financial services industry - banks, insurance or investments
