Your tasks

 

We operate complex systems for the administration of a wide range of functionalities, such as the connection of mobile payments, in the credit card business and the processing of the corresponding transactions. You will put our applications through their paces. In this way, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring that we can provide our customers with professional and high-quality services. Your future tasks will include the following activities:

  • Analysis of requirements
  • Creation of test concepts
  • Creation of functional and technical test cases
  • Planning and preparing test execution
  • Setting up and generating test data
  • Carrying out and documenting tests
  • Clarifying errors with business analysts, product managers and software developers
  • Contributing to the further development of our test processes and tools
  • Setting up regression test procedures
     

This position offers creative freedom and challenge in planning and carrying out demanding tests! You will be able to contribute your methodological and conceptual knowledge to a high degree.

 

Your profile

  • Studies in a technical or business subject or a comparable education are the basis for your systematic work
  • Able to structure complex topics methodically and independently find practicable test concepts. You can document these accordingly. You have skill and a detective's flair in the search for errors.
  • As a teammate, you can integrate well and actively into your team. In doing so, you make use of your good German and English skills.
  • Ideally, you have experience in software testing and have acquired good knowledge in the areas of web technology, web services, Linux/ UNIX and SQL, and already use tools for test execution and automation.
  • Perhaps you have already worked in the banking environment and are aware of the increased security standards in this environment.
  • Ideally, as an ISTQB Certified Tester, you have a sound education in the field of software testing.
