Reporting to the Head of  Global Real Estate, the R.E. Project Manager collects requirements and prepare documentation for project Steercos and business cases for CFO’s validation

She/he works in close coordination with Real Estate as well as Logistics & Housing managers around the world.

Responsibilities of this position include: Collecting and analyzing business requirement as well as market data, providing planning and budgetary oversight, coordination and management of projects as well as supporting local operations.

In collaboration with Real Estate team, keep track of all leases and Real Estate contracts in WIRED (Worldline International Real Estate Database)


Main responsabilities 

Gather operational and business requirement and prepare summary for project initialization
Collect local Real Estate market analysis in line with Worldline requirements
Prepares RFP documentation and work with Procurement team
Support Real Estate and local management in the preparation of business case  and presentation
Prepare Project Steerco, keeping track and report on timelines and budget
Monitors and reports on all phases of planning
Prepare floorplan and lay-out with the support of Real Estate expert
Coordinates local transformation for building efficiency
Builds presentation including BC for building transformation
Analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions, projecting consequences of proposed actions, and making recommendations in support of goals
Prepare documentation for Monthly Project reviews
