The Opportunity
Worldline MTS (Mobility and e-Transactional Services) provides end-to-end digital transactional services leveraging our products, data, and payment for a stronger customer engagement. We support our customers’ digital transformation with the creation of innovative solutions, leveraging our products and similar experiences across sectors, and committing on joint business cases. Inside MTS, the “Transport and Mobility” pillar has objectives to facilitate powering journeys and movement worldwide, connecting people whilst prioritising customer satisfaction and social empowerment of our people. The Transport and Mobility pillar is covering following segments:
- Transport Retail: connecting people to transportation systems to improve their daily lives
- Mobility Orchestration: Integrating transport modes to make MaaS a reality
- Transport Operations: delivering The Time Promise, by connecting the right people to the right assets
- Settlement and Specialist services: providing large scale critical platforms to keep transport on the move
For the Transport Retail business unit, we are looking for the “Head of Transport Retail UK”. You will be in charge of managing a team delivering UK contracts for transport retail businesses (product management, delivery, service management and operation).
We are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing teams, products and programs related to mobility and payment solutions. The ideal candidate will be curious, open-minded and a leader with a solution-driven mindset. You will have a global perspective and the ability to navigate complexity, while also demonstrating excellent people skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and locations.
You will be accountable for the P&L of the UK transport retail programs for revenue and margin.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and animate the Transport Retail UK team: Animate a team to support business development and the proper execution of awarded contracts
- Engage customers and manage their contracts
- Support presales activities: Collaborate with the MTS sales team to develop business in the UK, Germany, and CEE
- Execute the transport strategy: Contribute to the implementation of our transport and technical strategy
- Identify new product opportunities: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes within the mobility and payment ecosystem. Evaluate potential opportunities for new product development, conduct feasibility studies, and present recommendations to senior management

- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Web 3.0, SoftPos, and other relevant platforms
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English is essential
