HR Generalist
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation of the following:
- Compensation & Benefits process (Payroll, benefits administration)
- Recruitment process with collaboration with Group TA team
- Employees’ Onboarding / Offboarding
- Employees’ Performance appraisal
- Reward scheme
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management according to Group Guidelines (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Participates in People Review and Salary Review processes according to Group Guidelines
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
