The Project Manager (PMO) position is part of PMO team and working across the Global 2nd line Quality, Security and Risk division.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

 

  • You handle your projects and project teams in an independent manner
  • You ensure that all projects are successfully completed, delivered on-time within scope and within budget
  • You are responsible for working across organisational units in a matrixed organisation, ensuring that all internal contributors understand the nature and importance of the contribution you require them to make, and remain focused on the successful outcome of the project
  • You track the progress, taking into account dependencies and achievements
  • You tackle risks and issues, have mitigating measures in place and provide timely updates to your partners
  • You ensure the resource’s availability and the allocation
  • You handle changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

  • You make sure your projects are delivered in time, quality and budget

 

 

Skills we can’t do without:

 

  • Proven educational background (Master Degree or Bachelor) preferably in the fields of economics, computer science or engineering
  • Profound Quality, Security and Risk knowledge with understanding of BI / reporting and tooling
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project manager or project leader in the information technology payment sector
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Pragmatic, still highly organized and structured
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook
  • Result oriented with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, French is a plus

 

Skills we’d like:

 

  • Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2/AgilePM/PSM) is a plus
  • Experience in Financial and/or Payment Industry is a strong asset
