Get ready to join our team in Frankfurt am Main as our new team mate in the role of Business Analyst / Business Expert (m/f/d) for SWIFT Services!


Your tasks:


As our new team member you take the responsibility for main processes such as change management, SLA management or incident management in service delivery. For new customers or functionalities you will be responsible for the analysis up to go-live in the context of service requests and projects. You also support with your expert knowledge in the pre-sales and sales process.

  • Continuous optimization and ensuring operational excellence in the service office, as well as ensuring customer happiness
  • Customer support and consulting for business and technical including accurate documentation to current standards
  • Internal SWIFT consulting for IT, Sales and international partners
  • Analysis of customer and business requirements
  • Development of a solution across the entire infrastructure
  • Feasibility assessment and cost analysis
  • Management of the implementation of service request and small projects
  • Supporting the productive introduction of new functions, regulatory or compliance related requirements


Your profile:


  • Completed studies in IT, engineering or a comparable education
  • Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering, ideally in the SWIFT environment
  • Experience in solution design or business engineering
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as communication skills at the interface between business and IT
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • SWIFT knowledge, experience in scripting, databases, Linux systems and/or application development in a Linux environment are desirable, but these can also be acquired through team support and adequate training with us
