Multi-agent architectures are no longer science fiction: they already handle millions of customer interactions (voice, email, chat, social media), automatically processing simple cases and intelligently escalating complex ones to human advisors.
In this fast-moving environment, We are expanding our Agentic AI platform to fully integrate voice, chat, and orchestration capabilities into our CCaaS solution. The ambition is clear: build a truly unified, AI-native contact center that elevates both customer experience and agent productivity, while positioning us at the forefront of the next wave of customer engagement.
Vos responsabilités au quotidien
- You contribute to the full development and maintenance lifecycle of our Agentic Platform, actively participating in project delivery phases.
- You specify, design, and develop APIs and Web services, while writing and maintaining robust unit and functional tests.
- You identify, challenge, and analyze both functional and technical requirements to deliver value-driven solutions.
- You work on a microservices-based architecture deployed on our Sovereign Cloud or on the Google Cloud Platform, leveraging a modern and diverse tech stack — Java/ Kotlin, Angular, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, and more — within a cutting-edge engineering environment built on Clean Architecture, design patterns, and dependency injection.
- You apply engineering best practices: code reviews, merge requests, automated testing, and continuous integration (GitLab CI).
- You build and extend the harness of our AI Agent, enhancing state-of-the-art LLMs with custom capabilities (connectors, RAG) to deliver high-quality support powered by internal knowledge base.
- You drive continuous improvement of our processes through an SRE-oriented approach, industrializing and scaling the solution.

- You have a global vision and end-to-end technical understanding of an IT service: application, underlying infrastructure, and related dependencies.
- You have solid knowledge of Cloud computing and a strong sensitivity to DevOps and FinOps practices.
- You have hands-on experience with Agentic technologies, prompt engineering, or harness engineering.
- You demonstrate initiative, proactivity, rigor, and autonomy within your area of responsibility.
- You are curious and value teamwork and customer service.
- You are motivated and passionate about the Agentic revolution.
- You thrive in a diverse and challenging technical environment.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English.
